Job Description :

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a Lead Software Engineer and direct and mentor a team of enthusiastic developers.
  • Engage with team members through technical discussions, design and ideation through white boarding.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify and fix technical problems.
  • Communicate clearly with your team and management to define and achieve goals.
  • Functionally decompose complex problems into simple, straight-forward solutions that can be turned into parallel work that can be delegated to team members.
  • Supervise the team and ensure that a balance of quality and speed is delivered, and best practices are implemented.
  • Create scalable and well tested software solutions and articulate differences among architectural options.
