Job Description :

Required Qualifications:

  • Should have 9+ year of experience and understand the Mainframe requirements received from Biz.
  • Perform Impact analysis for the requested biz enhancement
  • Design, Develop, Test and deploy the Mainframe changes involving Mainframe COBOL, CICS, JCL, VSAM, DB2, IMS & MQ.
  • Coordinate with Onsite team IT team and biz team for walk through on requirement
  • Estimate the effort required for biz enhancement requests
  • Independently handle Pre-Cab and CAB approval meetings for the change requests
  • Participate in deployment window for Mainframe changes
  • Mentor and groom the junior members of the team
