Marketing Associate

Looking for a self-motivated, passionate person who will support our marketing campaigns through planning and execution. You will be joining our marketing brainstorming sessions and be able to present your ideas, participate in the creation of the textual, video, and image content for different marketing channels. You need to be able to analyze data and develop solutions to improve results.

This is an unpaid internship that presents you with a great opportunity to add quality work experience to your resume, to learn more about working with international students from around the world, and to gain valuable experience in marketing and managing social media for a startup company. 

Responsibilities

• Understand and provide insights on all aspects of campaigns, including email, social media, paid ads, web pages, content creation, etc.
• Design and present new social media campaign ideas.
• Plan, present, and execute social media campaigns
• Monitor marketing campaign goals and present to the team
• Collect and analyze data on customer demographics, preferences, needs, and buying habits to identify potential markets and factors affecting services demand.
• Measure and assess customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

• Mandarin speaker preferred
• College degree in a related field
• 1-year marketing experience (previous internship/school projects can be considered)
• Willingness to explore, iterate, and collaborate on difficult problems
• Comfortable working both individually and in team settings
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Analytical software, such as google analytics,
