Job Description :Responsiblties:
- Provide key marketing insights by manipulating and analyzing large data sets from a variety of sources, using tools like R and SQL.
- Build and maintain automated data pipelines that combine disparate data sets into meaningful aggregated metrics for key Marketing stakeholders.
- Ensure data quality and integrity by implementing data validation and refinement processes. Diagnose and resolve coding and database-related issues through data analysis.
- Identify opportunities and implement solutions to drive continuous improvement through data analytics.
- Develop documentation throughout the entire analytic life cycle of each project.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate marketing data with other business systems and processes.
- Participate in the evaluation and implementation of new tools and technologies to enhance data capabilities.
Experience:
- Strong scripting and programming skills using R and/or Python, particularly experience building packages and/or automated data ETLs.
- Experienced in the fundamentals of big data and relational database models.
- Ability to proactively identify and resolve data integrity issues that impact the overall analysis, as well as methods to make scripts more efficient.
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management systems, particularly Blackbaud.
