The MUST HAVE technologies are Angular(2+) and NodeJS and below are more details including the formal JD: · Project MVP (Minimum Valuable Product) – supports firm Independence & Compliance with SEC regulation o Developing a tool that identifies dependence violations · One of Senior Director’s Compliance-based portfolio project from Big Four (PwC) Partner o High priority and visibility · MEAN Stack Developer (MongoDB, ExpressJS, AngularJS, NodeJS) o Angular and Node are MUST HAVE o MUST HAVE experience doing microservices architecture in NodeJS o Using MS Azure CosmoDB instead of MongoDB § Do not need MS Azure CosmoDB experience; MongoDB experience is fine “Minimum Years of Experience: 5 year(s) of progressive roles focused on information technology applications and its overall impact on business strategies and productivity. Required Knowledge and Skills: Demonstrates extensive level of technical knowledge and skills in areas of application development that may include: · Demonstrates intimate knowledge and/or a proven record of success in the following areas: o Design and architecture of SPA applications and frameworks; o Experience with PwC's QuickSuite framework a strong plus; o Mobile application development and deployment; o Multiple front-end frameworks and libraries (Angular, React, Vue etc.); Angular is a must have; o Strong CSS skills; o JavaScript and TypeScript industry leading practices and patterns; o NodeJS/Express hands-on experience; o Relational and document databases; MongoDB experience desired; o Microservice architecture and distributed processing patterns; o Project requirements analysis and ability to translate that into software architecture needs; o Test Driven Development and/or Behavior Driven Development; o Unit testing in several languages and frameworks; o Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in resolving complex technical issues such as providing design guidance that follow the enterprise architecture vision and adheres to applicable application technology guidelines and understanding and mitigating the impact of technical design to security, performance and data privacy; o Participating in application solutions including assisting with planning and architectural design, development, resolution of technical issues; Additional Preferred Knowledge/Skills: Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success as a developer meeting business requirements with in expected timeline.; · Cloud infrastructure and container-based deployment (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift); · Modern web application development (e.g. AngularJS, NodeJS, Python, CSS3, Bootstrap, Material); · NoSQL databases (e.g. DocumentDB, Cloud Datastore, MongoDB, Casandra, etc.); · Cloud-based platforms and services (e.g. Google Cloud Platform, MS Azure, AWS, OpenAPI, Swagger, Apigee); · Continuous integration/continuous deployment (e.g. Git, Jenkins, TFS, Puppet, Chef, Maven, Gradle, Ant); · Unit testing using JUnit, nUnit or MOQ framework and related tools; · Data Integration Tools (SSIS, Informatica, API Management, Enterprise Service Bus, and Rules Engine); · Source control using one of Git, Subversion, TFS/VSTS (Azure DevOps); · Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence, Content Management, Master Data Management, Enterprise Search and Reporting (Tableau, MicroStrategy, SharePoint)” ANGULAR – NODE – Microservices Architecture
