MI Analyst

job Description:

 Responsibilities:

• Key contact for anything MI related, including reporting tool product support, set up, maintenance, issue resolution and consultation
• Provides extensive consultation with internal and external end users of the MI reporting tools on product usage and functionality.
• Makes effective recommendations to product end users regarding which reports best correspond to the client’s requirements.
• Analyze reports and identify trends and their client impact.
• Set up the globalization of all reporting and establish process to field questions of and for all data to drive improvement.
• Support account managers in preparation for monthly meetings and reviews with the client regarding  aspects.

 Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of work experience where course work could include statistics, travel, business administration, finance, decision sciences, economics, and mathematics. Candidates with master’s degree preferred.
• Candidates with prior knowledge and experience of working on travel dataindustry will be preferred.
• Strong organization, analytical and problem solving skills.
• Expert in MS Office Suite, specifically Excel and Access. SQL knowledge will be a plus.
• Good knowledge in data visualization solutions including Tableau will be preferred.
