NET Developer Team Lead – Translate client requirements into solutions

Type: Full-time

Location: Remote w/ 15% travel

Principal Qualities:

We are looking for a highly-motivated, organized, and independent project manager to lead react-native projects in the United States. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of application and software development using reactive-native, along with eloquent speaking and writing skills to translate and deliver upon client expectations with the India development team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, articulate, and execute solutions for clients via delivery of applications, web dev, IT, etc.
• Collaborate with the India development team to create and update client applications etc.
• Maintain and communicate development timeline and modifications with clients
• Organize domestic travel (up to 3 weeks) to customer sites to gather client requirements
• Oversee developing projects and provide innovative feedback to provide top-tier solutions
• Detail customer interactions to document work and requirements for repeat satisfaction

Required Skills & Experience:

• C.S./Software engineer with a minimum of 3 years of client working experience in .Net technology
• Proficiency in C#, .Net Core, Javascript, Jquery, and MS SQL  
• Experience using NET 4.5+/ Net Core and developing ASP.NET MVC and Core applications
• Experience with client side framework jQuery, Angular, React, and Vue
• Experience writing test with NUnit, XUnit, and MSTest
• Understanding of Entity Framework 6.*, EF Core, ADO.NET, HTML, JS, and CSS
• Familiarity with Azure Web Apps and AWS cloud
• Familiarity with Kendo UI, DevExpress, Syncfusion is a plus
• Coordination experience between clients and development team is a must
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
