Network Engineer

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting, troubleshooting, designing, planning, securing, and installing network electronics and technologies.
• Configures VPN's and verifies "Secure by Default" techniques are used.
• Reviews and audits VPN configurations on a regular basis to ensure proper standards are utilized.
• Monitoring network operations and responding to network support issues and making recommendations to provide the appropriate level of network performance and reliability to the user community.
• Proactively monitoring network growth and projecting future expansion of the network, making recommendations to provide the appropriate level of network performance and reliability to the user community.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum 1-2 years experience in increasingly complex data networking environment with increasing responsibility.
• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Network Security, or equivalent experience preferred.
• Network certification preferred.
