OpenText Application Support

Responsibilities

• User administrations and fulfil access requests
• Create, execute and monitor data migration requests from and to OpenText environment.
• Application support for existing developed application on OpenText Content Server 16.2 and OT Global Project Services version 10.5.
• Ability to monitor and manage system performance.
• Troubleshooting, debug and resolve custom application and OpenText issues.
• Code changes in case required to fix an issue.
• Generate reports as required.
• Work directly with customers to aid in general usage, gather requirements and resolve issues. 

Skills:

• 3-5 years working experience SQL database.
• 3-5 years of working experience with OpenText platform and Global Project Services. This includes OpenText Content Suite Components:

Core capabilities and limitations:

• OT Content Server 10.5/16.x
• OT Content Server Configuration through “Admin Pages”
• OT Directory Services
• OT Content Server Database Schema
• Live Reports
• Categories & Attributes
• Users and Groups
• Security Maintenance
• Ability to programmatically perform administrative tasks using OScript, WebReports or with the REST/Content Server APIs
• Analysis and design skills.
• Good communication skills, engaged, team player and self-motivated.
• Service oriented.
• Ability to learn a new features.

Optional Skills:

• Implement and modify existing Workflows, and Web Reports in Content Server
• Experience with Splunk and Spotlight for performance monitoring.

Experience :

• 5+ Years is mandatory
