Job Description :Job Summary :- We are looking for OPT Recruiter who has experience in US Staffing. Must have strong communication skills. Experience: 1-5 years Skills Required :- Experience in OPT Hiring Industry; Recruitment/Staffing/RPO Functional Area: IT,Sales/ Business Development Proven OPT/CPT/H1 Hiring & H1B transfer experience in a corporate environment. Should have some understanding about the hot IT skills in the market. Responsibilities and Duties:- Strong experience in hiring OPT/CPT/H1B/GC/ USC candidates from universities, Network, Social Networking sites and other sources. Maintaining active database of OPT candidates. Posting advertisements in university sites and various job portals. Good Negotiation, Sourcing and Networking Skills. 1-2 years experience working with OPT/CPT, EAD resources. Validation of Resumes for experience and verification of work status.
