Requirments:

• 10 + years. Develops, enhances, tests, supports, maintains and debugs software applications that support business units or support functions.
• A senior member of the technical team responsible for assisting senior business leaders and management.
• Must have experience as a Team Lead and should be able to Lead/guide an Agile Scrum team (both onshore and offshore team members).
• Mentoring team members for their day-to-day project tasks.
• Ability to resolve highly complex technical issue.
• Ability to work well with senior management.
• Develop and maintain effective workflows and processes.
• A great team spirit.
• Must have Working in Agile software development methodologies.
• Experience in Jira/Defect tracking system.
• Very good communication skills.
