Oracle IT Analyst

Responsiblties:

• Respond to user issues in a timely manner to support a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Attend meetings to gather requirements for new applications, or modifications to existing applications.
• Be responsible for designing, configuring, testing, implementing, and maintaining Oracle application modules.
• You quickly and decisively take action in fast-changing, unpredictable situations. You effectively communicate in various settings: one-on-one, small and large groups, or among diverse styles and position levels.

Requirment:

• Experience in Oracle Procurement end-to-end implementations and modules.
• Knowledge of Oracle Inventory, Distribution, and Payable modules, PL/SQL and experience with Oracle.
• Ability to collaborate with IT and Business to derive the requirements and spec out a solution.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills and strong communication skills.
• Work with Oracle Technical support on SR resolution.
• Experience documenting incidents, resolve, or escalate tickets accordingly.
