Order Management -QA Analyst

 Experience in Order Management applications 

• Working knowledge of voice Trunking products – PRI and SIP
• Working knowledge of TN porting concepts
• Working knowledge of Portin and Native transactions, ESR’s
• Working knowledge of Salesforce – Account and order creation
• Knowledge of Billing system like ICOMS or other similar billing systems
• Knowledge of SOAP UI
• Ability to read requirements and build test cases or test plans. 
•  Ability to create release and cycles in ALM and report progress on those.
• Ability to record, review and triage defects within the system
• Ability to identify and manage risks within the release, escalating when needed
• Good Communication Skills (both oral and written)
• Analytical thinking and problem solving
• Detail oriented and committed to a high level of accuracy
