Php Developer

Job Description:

Our company is in search of a PHP Wordpress Developer is responsible for coding, testing, implementing, and maintaining highly scalable customer facing websites and applications using modern design trends and technologies. This means you will work closely with front end developers to integrate backend components with the components they’re creating for users to interact with. Therefore, it is important that you’re able to effectively communicate and collaborate with your colleagues.

Responsibilities:

• Wordpress and PHP web site development and maintenance projects
• Accurately estimate work and meet deadlines
• Maintains knowledge of evolving technologies and standards
• Work in accordance with the coding and documentation standards
• Collaborate with design resources as needed to facilitate overall project succes
• Interact with SQL databases
• Configure and maintain AWS hosting infrastructure
• Create written documentation for components

Qualifications:

• Must have 3-5 years of experience.
• Strong knowledge of PHP, MySQL, and Linux at the command line
• Solid LAMP stack experience.

Key Skills:

• Knowledge of other programming languages. 
• Get to grips with PHP best practices and design patterns. 
• Be comfortable with Composer, PSR, PHPUnit. 
• Adaptability.
