Power BI Developer

Responsibilities:

• Report Development: Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards, reports, and visualizations based on business requirements.
• Data Modeling: Create and maintain effective data models using Power BI s in-built features such as DAX functions, calculated columns, and measures.
• Data Integration: Extract, transform, and load data from various sources such as SQL databases, Excel, and other external datasets into Power BI.
• Performance Tuning: Optimize Power BI reports for performance, usability, and scalability.
• Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, data engineers, and key stakeholders to gather and understand data requirements.

 Requirements:

• Experience: 4-7 years of experience in BI development, with a focus on Power BI.
• Expertise in Power BI, Power Query, Power BI Service, and Power BI Gateway.
• Hands-on experience with integrating Power BI with other data sources like Excel, SharePoint, and cloud databases.
• Proficiency in Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL, AWS Cloud or other cloud-based data platforms
• Knowledge of best practices in dashboard design and data visualization.
