Responsibilities include positions as a bartender, server, cook, pantry cook, dishwasher, and hosts in a very busy upscale casual dining enviroment overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Typical responsibilities include:

• Bartender - mixing craft cocktails, making batch recipes for flavored vodkas, stocking, cleaning, excellent customer service, and only those individuals with solid references will be hired.
• Server - must have some fine dining experience, excellent knowledge of spirits, craft beers, craft cocktails, and proper mis en place.
• Cook and Pantry Cook - at least 5 years of experience working in well respected kitchens with A+ sanitation scores, food handling license, own your own set of knives, and willing to work as a team.
• Dishwasher - must have excellent sanitation skills, be willing to prep and work the line, and should have excellent references.
