Principal Data Analyst

Job Description:

Minimum Qualifications:

A minimum of 8 years combined experience with project management, data analysis and direct business experience within a specialized function. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management or related field. Proven ability to work cross-functionally with functional and technical teams. Experience with building and managing reporting tools to support Programs; such as scorecards and KPI metrics to further drive insights around our program strategy. Demonstrated ability to balance quantitative and qualitative metrics to provide a holistic viewpoint. Expert level experience with Excel, creating dynamic pivot reports and data visualization.

Degree/Certifications Required:

Bachelors (Master preferred) in analytics related field such as statistics, mathematics, information systems, computer science, finance, business management, or economics.

Basic Qualifications:

• This position focuses on producing analytical solutions (reports, dashboards, tools, etc.) for leadership and stakeholders across the organization.
• This position provides consultation and support in the development, analysis, interpretation, and management of data to support process improvement, operations, strategy, and cost reduction.
• This position provides expertise, guidance, and support in establishing, operationalizing and sustaining a data governance program that identifies, defines, manages and publishes data standards and policies.

• Programming skills to analyze that data.
• Communication skills to report their findings
