Product Analyst

Responsiblties:

• Conduct proper user research and data analysis to provide product, marketing and technology teams with insights about underlying problems/opportunities within the product.
• Integrate & derive useful insights from mobile app and website analytics tools like Google Analytics, CleverTap, Firebase, Facebook Analytics.
• Define data requirements & A/B tests for new ideas & feature release, collaborate with Product Managers to run and measure results of A/B tests.
• Develop engagement and retention strategies using CleverTap. Implement and track automated push-notifications, SMS, email campaigns & journeys.

Key Skills:

• Previous product analysis experience.
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite  is preferred.
• Proficient in database software.
• Strong communication skills.
