Job Description :Responsibilities:
- Define, manage, and maintain the project portfolio for the organization. Understands various Funding Models and Economic Forecasting.
- Define and maintain Performance and Quality Metric Prioritization and Planning for Initiatives including SWOT, Statistical Analysis and Talent evaluation.
- Reviewing evaluations. Defining, creating, maximizing and sustaining the benefits provided by the program.
- Capturing stakeholder needs and expectations, gaining and maintaining stakeholder support, and mitigating/channeling opposition.
- Communicates new initiatives, addresses questions, and concerns and provides continuous feedback to the IT Leadership Team.
- Formal business process engineering/improvement strategies and implementations preferred.
- Works with project teams to ensure effectiveness and consistency of communications.
- May participate in cross-functional teams and provide support for specific projects.
- Uses different feedback mechanisms to evaluate the effectiveness of communication programs and reports to leadership for action planning
- Work with Knowledge Management Specialists and other SMEs to improve content across internal and external platforms.
