Program Manager

Responsibilities:

• Identify and correct software defects, assist administrative staff users with system capabilities.
• Perform technical system configuration and identify alternative solutions for software applications.
• Partner with Salesforce representatives for defect resolution as needed.
• Create and develop methods of system automation and subsequent integration with other systems.
• Collaborate with the Systems Administrator to determine Salesforce CRM needs and goals for continuous improvement of company usage of the platform.
• Effectively communicate through clear, direct, and respectful communication.

Requirement:

• Extensive experience working with Salesforce CRM platforms, including use of Apex, SOQL, Aura components, and Lightning Web components.
• Expertise in organizationally accepted programming, scripting, markup languages, and frameworks.
• Expertise in the usage of tools used for software development.
• Superb knowledge of the principles and patterns of system design.
• Expert in data analysis, test design, and test automation focusing on functional, security, and performance.
• Expert in the development of web services.
