Program Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional teams to drive implementation of strategic projects: from defining plan, monitoring progress, tracking KPI, removing roadblock to delivering result and institutionalize.
• Develop and maintain relationships with executive sponsors, key stakeholders, business owners, and IT leaders to ensure the most impactful business outcomes are prioritized and operationalized.
• Lead executive communications to drive strategic agenda and report progress.
• Parter with cloud supply chain teams to develop requirements and provide sustainability insights to transform core supply chain processes across the cloud value chain from procurement to hardware end-of-life.
• Translate executive business goals and requirements to actionable targets.
• Influence cross-functionally and laterally to educate, gain support and embed sustainability agenda into all aspects of the supply chain organization.
• Lead collaboration across diverse teams to promote groups to collectively meet sustainability objectives.
