Program Manager

Responsibilities:

• Establish annual program goals that align with the mission and vision of the agency.
• Establish strategic goals and annual revenue goals to achieve successful program operation, developing supporting budgets and monitoring for adherence.
• Hire, train staff, and maintain training requirements as indicated on licensing requirements for the facility and agency.
• Coordinate with the interdisciplinary treatment team to ensure quality care to all clients.
• Provide direct services to clients to aid in rehabilitation.
• Provide on call crisis intervention and support based on team policies.
• Assist in teaching ADL skills, transport and/or accompany clients to appointments that connect them with community services and resources.

Experience:

• 3-5 plus years of experience in Aerospace and or Manufacturing.
• Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
• Multi-task oriented, ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be open to Travel 20%
• Communication proficiency both verbal and written skills.
