Program Manager

Responsibilities:

• Working together with project managers and the PMO team to ensure that program-level initiatives are carried out successfully.
• Engaging with our technology partners to facilitate and cultivate strong partnerships that produce quality experiences.
• Working with the Service and Support team to ensure the timely execution of the client engagement model and to provide oversight on collaboration activities with our technology partner.
• Reporting and tracking program activities via Jira and building out metrics to track program execution success.
• Communicating with internal departments to advocate on their behalf for product enhancements and prioritization.

• Good knowledge of techniques for planning, monitoring and controlling programmes.
• Sound business case development and approvals skills.
