📝 Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to lead and coordinate environmental or sustainability-related projects from initiation through completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, environmental science/engineering, and stakeholder engagement.

As a key team member, you will manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables across multiple projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks and alignment with client objectives.

🎯 Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee the execution of environmental projects (e.g., assessments, remediation, audits, sustainability plans).

• Develop detailed project work plans including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.

• Lead cross-functional teams including technical staff, contractors, and external stakeholders.

• Monitor and report on project performance using established KPIs.

• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and internal quality standards.

• Communicate project updates with clients and senior leadership.

• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.

📌 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Sustainability, or related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the environmental sector.

• PMP or CAPM certification is an asset.

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Asana, or equivalent).
