Project Manager

Responsiblties:

• Provide technical and functional direction to team members, as well as assign and manage the workload.
• Partner with multiple teams across our company to prioritize projects by understanding the scope, requirements, level of effort, and state of our pipeline, and clarifying trade-offs when changes are made to that plan.
• Implement software development team tools to maximize efficiency, productivity, and mitigate risks.
• Forecast resources needed to achieve goals and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
• Manage communication of active work, backlog, priorities and risks to developers and other stakeholders.
• Address and resolve issues that may arise during the project development process.
• Measure project performance and productivity to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

• Must be located within commutable distance of Boca Raton Office to fulfill our hybrid work model.
• 4-6 years of web project management and/or web development experience in an agency setting.
• A success-focused mindset and ability to creatively problem solve.
