Project Manager

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Supervise day-to-day site activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Maintain quality control and ensure all work aligns with Stanza Livings design and safety standards.
• Monitor material availability and usage to minimise wastage and optimise resources.
• Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders and resolve any onsite issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes at all times.
• Act as the primary point of contact for onsite queries and ensure effective communication between all parties.
