Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal teams to manage the project lifecycle, including onboarding, implementation, adoption, and ongoing engagement, ensuring seamless execution.
• Act as a dedicated resource for the project, providing hands-on support for implementation and post-implementation phases while addressing client-specific needs.
• Oversee product delivery processes to ensure timely, efficient, and high-quality outcomes aligned with project goals.
• Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to manage dispatch and delivery operations effectively.
• Generate regular and custom reports, conduct in-depth data analyses, and provide actionable insights to enhance client success and optimize project performance.
• Maintain regular communication with client stakeholders to ensure alignment on project progress, resolve issues, and deliver ongoing value.
• Conduct client training sessions to ensure smooth adoption and effective usage of the implemented solutions.
