Job Description :
- The Project Manager - Integration will work with our Head of Corporate IT, IT Infrastructure, Technical Support and Enterprise Engineering teams to ensure successful and timely project delivery and execution of MA Integration Projects.
- The Project Manager, IT Administration will:
- Define, own, plan and scope Enterprise Applications projects for the company
- Program Manage integration applications projects with project management responsibility for multi-disciplinary teams
- Agree on specifications, high-level functionality, impact analyses and process changes in conjunction with the Business owners
- Document project terms of reference for the project including background, scope, objectives,
- assumptions and critical success factors
- Manage project risks and issues actively in line with risk and issue management procedures
- Enforce change control in line with change management procedures
- Manage the deployment of the project within agreed time-scales and budget
- Monitor and control project and report on back on issues, dependencies, risks, timelines, and budgets
- Ensure the systems and solutions delivered to meet the strategic direction of the company as well as meeting the business needs
- Co-ordinate team members and vendors for the project
- Prepare project plans and present business cases for management approval
- Apply project resources according to the approved project plan
- Establish contingency plans and identify trigger events and responsibility for initiating corrective action
- Track and report on progress to plan and analyze the actual performance against the plan and make adjustments consistent with plan objectives
- Keep all stakeholders informed of progress and issues
- Involve functional/technical expertise in design reviews and key decisions as well as risk strategies
- Establish and publish clear priorities among project activities
- Arbitrate and resolve conflict and interface problems within the project, including vendor interfaces
- Conduct post-implementation review of the project
Knowledge:
- A technical and/or business background with project management experience in multiple/large
- scale / global infrastructure and/or security projects
- Experience of managing diverse technical and business teams without having a direct line
- management responsibility
- Proven experience of project management techniques including Prince2, PMI, Agile, SCRUM,
- etc…
- Strong customer relationship management focus with an ability to demonstrate experience and
- ability to build relationships with clients at a senior level
- Experience of international or multi-cultural environments
- Change Management skills and a flexible approach to change, and ability to adapt to new
- challenges
- Strong customer focus and a clear vision of what determines a successful solution for the
- customer and the company
- Ability to communicate complex technology, or any aspect of projects clearly and succinctly to
- any and all stakeholders at any level of a participating organization

Education and Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the planning and delivery of complex technical projects (in
- particular large scale / global customer deployments or similar
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in business transformation projects changing organisations work practices through technology
- Minimum of 8 years relevant Project Management experience in IT environment
- Formal Project Management qualification in PRINCE2 or PMI is highly desirable, encompassing
- experience in the application of Programme / Project Management standards, techniques and processes
- Third level qualification in IT or equivalent would be an advantage
- Proven track record in the on-time, on-budget delivery of the project within the IT Services industry
