Customer migration to AWS is in progress, and they had reached out to us to provide support with the help of strong technical PM to manage the .com to AWS migration project. Customer is looking for someone who can provide the technical management & leadership to achieve the goal of completing the migration to AWS by the Nov end deadline. Technical Project Manager UST is looking for currently searching for a highly motivated Project Manager to work for our customer who is a leading cruise liner. Individual should be able to provide technical management and leadership skills to complete the migration of Web Applications to AWS.
Responsibilities • Defines scope of work and get it reviewed and approved by customer • Manages all facets of the project life cycle from requirements and implementation through testing, deployment, budgeting tracking, resource allocation, and change request management, scheduling, and customer support. • Mitigating and minimizing exposure to risk and assuring the successful and timely execution of multiple simultaneous projects • Prepare project plan, track the plan and monitor the weekly plans progress • Prepares weekly status report and presents to customer stakeholders • Ensure that each team has the tools it needs to meet project milestones • Work with team to handle project issues as they arise • Build a strong team by cultivating relationships between each other and illustrating how individual team members affect the success of the entire project
Qualification and Skills • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field • 6+ years’ experience as an IT professional • 2+ years’ supervisory experience in an IT Department • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Experience in Cloud Migration (AWS). • Experience in leading agile teams • Able to clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
