Our customers have gained the best solution and techniques for development through our updated consulting advice.  Design, develop and maintain web-based applications to enhance the performance and reliability of our current applications  Participate in the development of new industry-leading products using our open-source-based tech stack  Collaborate with other developers on best practices, code reviews, internal tools and process improvements  Review, analyze designs, modify, develop, test, document, and implement software applications  Analyze and resolve complex problems associated with applications systems.  Detect, diagnose, and report related problems  Web-based development experience using Django, AngularJS, XSL, CSS, JavaScript and jQuery.  Develop back-end components to improve responsiveness and overall performance  Integrate user-facing elements into applications  Implement security and data protection solutions  Access and prioritize feature requests Requirements-  Work experience as a Python Developer  Expertise in at least one popular Python framework (like Django, Flask or Pyramid)  Expert in Python, with knowledge of at least one Python web Familiarity with some ORM (Object Relational Mapper) libraries  Able to integrate multiple data sources and databases into one system  Understanding of the threading limitations of Python, and multi-process architecture  Basic understanding of front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3  Understanding of accessibility and security compliance   Able to create database schemas that represent and support business processes  Strong unit test and debugging skills  Proficient understanding of code versioning tools
