QA Analysrt

 Responsibilities:

• Act as Quality Representative on Customer team calls. Answer questions and provide feedback to ensure Quality objectives are met.
• Complete product and complaint investigations. Assign and manage appropriate corrective and preventive actions.
• Perform final QA review and release of finished product batch records.
• Perform QA review, route change controls, and implement change controls. Manage appropriate action items.
• Serve as Quality Contact for all unplanned deviations to help manage, monitor, and facilitate those events as they are investigated.
• Maintain Quality metrics both overall department metrics and Client metrics.
• Perform DEA reconciliation on applicable products.
