QA Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Tracks PT staff participation to ensure all staff are involved in PT testing as well as for competency assessments, ensures attestation forms are complete, ensures PT files are in order for inspection readiness.
• Performs accreditation maintenance associated with the CAP and California personnel rosters.
• Assists the Quality Manager with inspection coordination and follow up on corrective actions for citations or deficiencies.
• Performs internal audits along with the Quality Manager or by themselves according to the internal audit schedule.
• Works with the Quality Manager to create the monthly presentation for the QA Management Committee Meeting and Management Review.
