QA Analyst

 Responsiblties:

• Execution, Defect triaging, Communication Strategy.
• Work with a variety of languages and tools including .NET, SQL Server, Visual Studio, JavaScript, Team Foundation Server, XML, Selenium and Appium.
• Participate in industry and other professional networks to ensure awareness of industry standards, trends and best practices in order to strengthen organizational and technical knowledge.
• Compiles, researches, analyzes, and documents data, requirements, workflow/ processes, functionality and or controls related to Identity & Access Management.
• Develops and evaluates information, and prepares recommendations based on analysis for use in decision-making.
• Acts as a liaison or subject matter expert to business and technical stakeholders transitioning to new IAM transformation and compliances processes.
• Provides advanced levels of analysis and leadership across business stakeholders, technical stakeholders and other analysts supporting transformational initiatives as well as existing operational analysis for the Identity & Access Management.
• Embrace and apply Agile Software Development practices.
• Work with the development and test teams to automate complex testing, create new test harnesses, implement new automation tools and create innovative automated test systems.
• Review methods and procedures for applicability on new assignments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional team members to identify and develop test plans and test cases representative of how clients use our applications.
• Own Test Strategy/Scenario creation, Test Execution and reporting for Projects.
• Support Functional and Regression test cases automation.
• Managing and addressing test dependencies across streams or applications.
• Test execution status monitoring and reporting to different stake holders.

Key Skills:

• Knowledge of using software testing tools.
• Excellent programming skills are a must.
• QA analysts should be good in mathematics, and analytics.
• They are required to have strong technical skills.
• QA analysts should be good problem solvers.
• Report making skills.
