QA Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Learn/retain knowledge of all credit card related features & functions supported across multiple platforms.
• Support web-based, mobile and IVR testing.
• Create and execute test cases/scripts and analyze results.
• Report bugs and errors in appropriate bug tracking systems.
• Perform browser/device matrix testing to ensure site conforms to project defined standards.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Follow-up with QA team and the project team on issues, suggestions, timelines.
