QA Automation Engineer

Responsiblties:

• Understands the technical intricacies of enterprise integrations.
• communicates plans and solutions for testing these scenarios effectively.
• Provides examples and training for testing resources on platform features.
• Anticipates problems and provides recommendations.
• Question the status quo and exude initiative.
• Watch, learn, speak up, and do what is needed to advance our mission and who we are as an organization.

Requirements:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with an on and off-shore audience.
• Understand databases, enterprise systems, web applications, and software industry best practices in Software QA, as well as the SDLC using Agile and other lean methodologies.
• Understand basic concepts about software development like data types, variables, iterating arrays, exception handling, etc. Or at least have a knack for solving software problems.
• Ability to analyze information from disparate sources to produce plans.
