QA Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Reviewing customer purchase orders, specifications, and engineering design documentation to determine customer requirements.
• Developing and initiating methods and procedures for inspection, testing, and evaluation.
• Reviewing and accepting supplier quality procedures and certified material test reports to ASME/ANSI requirements
• Analyzing reports and returned products and recommending corrective action
• Interfacing with workers engaged in measuring and testing products
• Attending meetings related to quality of products with sales, manufacturing, assembly and shipping, and recommending solutions to non-conformance issues
• Complies with all Company policies and procedures including environmental health and safety
• Completes other company related projects as assigned.
• Performs supplier evaluations and audit.
