Quality Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Maintain expert understanding of TikTok’s policies, procedures, app features, and internal documents.
• Identify improvement areas for moderator performance and work closely with internal stakeholders and site leadership to prepare solutions.
• Participate in weekly calibration sessions with relevant stakeholders to ensure consistent alignment on policy and process.
• Work on AdHoc projects as requested by leadership.
• Perform weekly Audits across multiple workflows and Lines of Business.

Key Skills:

• Knowledge of a broad range of software applications and of hardware and networks.
• Strong programming knowledge.
• A good understanding of business.
• Ability to think in the abstract and see how small details fit into the bigger picture.
