Quality Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute test plans to ensure that all objectives are met,
• Implement and monitor test scripts to assess functionality, reliability, performance, and quality of the service or product.
• Draft quality assurance policies and procedures.
• To Check and identify whether products are functional, reliable and meet the end user & expectations.
• Communicate quantitative and qualitative findings from test results to the development team,
• Spot areas for improvement to enhance the product & efficiency,

Key Skills:

• Knowledge of a broad range of software applications and of hardware and networks.
• Strong programming knowledge.
• A good understanding of business.
• Ability to think in the abstract and see how small details fit into the bigger picture.
