Quality Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop 4-6 direct reports while providing daily support to the team manager and the broader team
• Maintain strong controls in close partnership with internal functions and in accordance with company policies and regulatory changes
• Prepare ad hoc reports for the control organization, audit, or business partners when requested
• Monitor various Quality Control team production metrics to identify and escalate trends
• Assess the team’s overall capacity and allocate resources accordingly
• Contribute to strategic initiatives representing the Quality Control team.

Requirement:

• Ability to work with large data sets to pull trends and insights while providing regular reporting to senior stakeholders.
• Ability to articulate complex concepts to differing audiences.
• Inclusive leadership skills with the ability to collaborate across different groups and regions.
• 6+ years of financial services industry knowledge with regulatory practices, including lending, loan processing and support operations.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to address sensitive issues while maintaining the highest level of integrity and objectivity.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Intermediate to advanced use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.
