Primary Responsibilities:
Estimate, plan, and coordinate testing activities from writing test cases to executing tests and tracking defects
Successfully organize and prioritize tasks to ensure activities are completed on time
Perform thorough regression testing when defects are resolved and/or for each production release
Participate in production implementation verification and be accountable for validating system quality
Consult with internal teams regarding problems, changes, and enhancements that may impact data, workflow, or functionality within credentialing workflow software
Skills and Qualifications:
At least one (1) year of experience as a software QA Analyst OR experience in healthcare credentialing operations, with preference to candidates who have knowledge of credentialing workflow systems
Excellent time management and written/verbal communication skills
Sound knowledge of testing concepts and proficiency in SQL querying
Experience testing against a broad range of technologies (e.g. desktop applications, web applications, relational databases, and RESTful interfaces)
