Quality Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Develop and perform quality test processes.
• Make recommendations for repairing defects.
• Create, review and refine user experience documents.
• Participates in all meetings with the SSO engineering team.
• Write up requirements and user stories for both business partners and internal documents.
• Be part of development activities  being on the lookout for lessons learned and best practices to be documented.
• You can take a user’s perspective when needed to test and create documentation.

Key Skills:

• Knowledge of a broad range of software applications and of hardware and networks.
• Strong programming knowledge.
• A good understanding of business.
• Ability to think in the abstract and see how small details fit into the bigger picture.
