Quality Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Hands on experience &Complete end to end implementation.
• Providing process facilitation to the project teams on process methodologies and be the Firt Point of Contact  from the Quality Implementation Team.
• Able to interface with senior organization roles of Project Managers and Project Leads to implement organizational processes.
• Capable of identifying process training needs and impart necessary trainings to the organization or project teams.
• Capable of identifying process improvements, collect best practices and lessons learnt from projects and update the organization database.
• Conduct monthly process compliance reviews and internal audits to ensure process effectiveness and report observations or findings to the senior management.
