Quality Assurance Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Engage and participate in design reviews, and all aspects of test and project plans, and implementation schedules aligned with Architect, Product and Development teams to ensure all possible scenarios for testing.
• Design, develop, execute, and manage testing project plans, timelines, and dependencies.
• Implement test strategies in collaboration with business users, project lead, third-party/partners, and application developers.
• Monitor recurring platform enhancements or updates including Salesforce releases and/or integrated platform releases.
• Maintain testing infrastructure and dynamic for the users.
• Track and monitor bugs or defects to closure. Report, and retest and monitor after fix.
• Analyze issues to determine if the problem is an application issue, user issue, training issue, data issue or a software defect.
