Quality Assurance Analyst

Responsiblties:

• Keep test cases up-to-date with changes in software features and functionalities.
• Assist in user acceptance testing to validate that software meets user requirements.
• Develop and maintain performance test scripts to assess system scalability and performance under various conditions.
• Execute automated test suites to ensure thorough coverage of software functionality.
• Generate detailed test reports summarizing testing activities, results, and metrics.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of test cases, test data, and test environments.
• Report test results to the team through regular communication channels.

 Experience:

• Minimum 2 - 3 years of proven experience in software quality assurance and testing methodologies within the property and casualty insurance industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to understand and create test plans from specifications or verbal communications.
• Ability to apply software testing methods and techniques in a web-based enterprise system.
