React Native Lead

Lead a high performing engineering team for mobile app development. Design, build and deliver new features. Understand the requirements and translate them into Technical specifications. Maintain exceptionally high standards of design and code quality at all times, including but not limited to adherence to architectural, security and scalability standards. Proactively bringing issues and problems to the attention of the team; generating, proposing and implementing innovative solutions to solve them. Work directly with the UX design team and Product Manager to continuously improve customers experience. Mentor and guide the junior members in the team. Share knowledge and best practices with the team.  

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of Mobile App Development Experience.
• 3+ years of Development using React Native.

Excellent knowledge of object oriented JavaScript programming. Strong understanding of HTML5 /ReactJS and JavaScript. Knowledge of distributed code repository management tools like GIT. Understanding of REST APIs, the document request model, and offline storage. Excellent problem solving and analytical skills. Experience in Agile development methodology like Scrum and Test Driven Development.

Excellent Communication and Inter-personal skills, both with business customers and with fellow IT professionals (Business Analysts, Project Managers and Developers). A delivery focused approach to work and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Ability to multi-task.
