ReactJS Developer

Job Description:

As a Senior React.js Developer, you will be responsible for leading the development and maintenance of web applications using React.js. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement robust, scalable, and high-performance solutions.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead the design and development of user interfaces for web applications using React.js.
2. Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to translate requirements into technical specifications.
3. Develop reusable components and libraries for future use.
4. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
5. Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
6. Implement unit tests and integration tests to ensure the quality of code.
7. Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry best practices.
8. Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance and support.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
2. 8+ years of experience in front-end development with a focus on React.js.
3. Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related web technologies.
4. Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or MobX.
5. Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.
6. Experience with version control systems such as Git.
7. Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
8. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
9. Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
10. Familiarity with backend technologies (Node.js, Python, etc.) is a plus.
