Job Title: RPA Team Lead / Solution Architect

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team in the role of RPA Team Lead/Solution Architect. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and a proven track record in designing and implementing successful Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions. The RPA Team Lead/Solution Architect will be responsible for leading a team of developers, collaborating with stakeholders, and architecting end-to-end RPA solutions to enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

Leadership and Team Management:

1. Lead and Mentorship:
   • Lead a team of RPA developers, providing guidance, mentorship, and technical expertise.
   • Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.
2. Team Collaboration:
   • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand business requirements.
   • Facilitate effective communication and coordination among team members.

Solution Architecture:

1. RPA Solution Design:
   • Design end-to-end RPA solutions, considering scalability, reliability, and performance.
   • Develop and maintain architectural standards and best practices.
2. Technical Oversight:
   • Provide technical oversight to ensure that RPA solutions align with business goals and industry best practices.
   • Conduct regular code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.

Project Management: (Good to have )

1. Project Planning:
   • Plan and execute RPA projects, defining project timelines, deliverables, and resource requirements.
   • Ensure timely delivery of high-quality RPA solutions.
2. Risk Management:
   • Identify potential risks associated with RPA projects and develop risk mitigation strategies.
   • Implement measures to address technical, operational, and business risks.

Stakeholder Engagement:

1. Client Interaction:
   • Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand their business processes and automation needs.
   • Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
2. Presentations and Demos:
   • Prepare and deliver presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits and capabilities of RPA solutions.
   • Address client queries and concerns.

Technical Expertise:

1. UiPath Expertise:
   • Possess expert-level knowledge of UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and associated tools.
   • Stay current with industry trends and advancements in RPA technologies.
2. Programming Skills:
   • Demonstrate proficiency in programming languages such as C# or VB.NET.
   • Apply coding skills to enhance and customize RPA solutions.

Qualifications:

1. Educational Background:
   • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
2. Experience:
   • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in RPA development and architecture.
   • Prior experience in a lead or supervisory role in RPA projects.
3. Technical Skills:
   • Expertise in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and UiPath Robot.
   • Strong programming skills and familiarity with web technologies.
4. Certifications:
   • UiPath Advanced Developer Certification.
   • Additional UiPath certifications are a plus.
5. Leadership and Soft Skills:
   • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
   • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
