Job Description :Business Analyst      Should have 2-3 years of P&C or Life insurance BA experience      Nice to have knowledge about Policy Admin Systems such as Duck Creek, Guidewire or Insurity      Should have Policy Life-cycle and transnational (Rate, Book, Issue) knowledge and experience      Should know Agile / Scrum methodology experience. Should be able to write user stories      Should have experience writing requirements documentation and mapping documents      Should have experience with writing or reviewing test cases and testing approach      Should have done UAT testing and obtained business sign off to deploy      Worked with IT release management, IT architecture and Development to facilitate design and deployment      Should have strong analytical and negotiation skills        Should have experience with XML and JSON       Fluent in English      Fluent in MS Office tools (Excel, Word and Powerpoint)      Should have experience with JIRA (or similar ALM tools) and SharePoint
