Job Description :

Responsibilities:

  • Salesforce CRM System Maintenance: Oversee the day-to-day operation and maintenance of the Salesforce CRM system. Ensure system stability, performance, and availability by proactively monitoring and resolving technical issues.
  • Business Analysis and Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with the sales team and other stakeholders to identify and analyze business requirements. Translate business needs into Salesforce CRM system functionalities and enhancements.
  • Salesforce Configuration and Customization: Customize Salesforce CRM to align with business processes and requirements. Configure workflows, data fields, page layouts, reports, and dashboards to optimize sales team productivity and enhance user experience.
  • User Training and Support: Provide training and support to the sales team on Salesforce CRM functionalities, best practices, and data entry. Act as the primary point of contact for user inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely resolutions.
  • Sales Process Optimization: Analyze sales processes and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement and automation. Collaborate with the sales team to implement system enhancements that streamline sales operations, improve efficiency, and drive revenue growth.
  • Data Management and Reporting: Ensure data integrity and quality within the Salesforce CRM system. Perform regular data maintenance tasks, including data cleansing, deduplication, and data migration. Develop and generate sales reports, dashboards, and analytics to track key performance indicators and provide insights for sales decision-making.
  • Integration and Collaboration: Collaborate with IT teams to integrate Salesforce CRM with other systems, such as marketing automation and customer support platforms. Ensure seamless data flow between systems and maintain data integrity across the ecosystem.
  • Documentation and Documentation: Maintain up-to-date documentation of Salesforce CRM system configurations, processes, and training materials. Develop and deliver training sessions and materials to onboard new sales team members and ensure ongoing user adoption.
