Salesforce Data Analyst

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Salesforce CRM Functional Analyst or similar role, with a strong understanding of Salesforce CRM concepts, methodologies, and best practices.
• Salesforce certifications  are highly desirable.
• Proficiency in Salesforce CRM system configuration, customization, and administration, including workflows, data fields, page layouts, and reports.
• Strong knowledge of sales processes and familiarity with sales automation tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into Salesforce CRM system solutions.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with sales teams and stakeholders at various levels.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on data accuracy and system performance.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and deliver high-quality solutions within established timelines.
• Strong documentation and presentation skills.
